Comment on Managing a Negative, Out-of-Touch Boss

I think the one and only part of an employee in this situation could be to create in the team with the other associates a good teamwork, so to help each other, to make jokes to be more relaxed and finally more successfull within the team. I think that this kind of behaviour every manager will realize and maybe stops to be negative or so much self-confident and starts to get closer to the team, because he/she sees how the team is doing the job – with results which he/she expected
